Over 11 people, including two children, were injured during Russia’s overnight drone attack on Kyiv o Sunday, the military and official said.
Buildings in Obolonskyi and Sviatoshynskyi districts in Kyiv caught fire due to falling debris from the downed drones, Timur Tkachenko, the head of Kyiv’s military administration said. Posting on social media, Tkachenko noted that several cars also caught fire. Seventy-six firefighters were brought to the area to extinguish the blaze. Earlier, on Saturday two people were killed in Russian shelling in eastern Donetsk region, while another person lost his life in a drone attack on Kherson region. Several more persons were injured as a result of fires sparked by Russian drones strikes on central Cherkasy region.
